I don’t usually put much stock in all the company wording about things being “quiet” or “whisper” whatever, since that usually means nothing. But this one is better than I expected. You can hear a small hum at night if the room is really quiet, but it’s not annoying or too loud.

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged catsmeow.com to see what was going on!! They got back to me quickly, the same day, and explained everything without making it feel like a huge hassle!!! It did take a little longer than I was hoping to get fully sorted, but they were nice the whole time and kept responding whenever I checked in!! Overall, I’m happy with the service!!!

I got this from catsmeow.com mostly because I have two cats who somehow manage to leave hair, crumbs, and random little bits of everything wherever they go. The main thing I noticed right away is how easy it is to clean, and that makes a bigger difference than I expected. I can just wipe off the hair and little messes quickly instead of having to pull out extra cleaning stuff or spend time picking at everything.

My cat mostly decides to use it at night, because of course that’s the ideal time to sprint around the living room. It’s fine, totally fine. She does get bored with it here and there, so it’s not some magical fix, but overall it’s been useful for helping her burn off energy inside

It’s still holding up good. I’ve definitely put it through some use, so if anything starts showing wear, that’s probably on me.

I ordered from The Cat's Meow Village the items were fine once they finally arrived. But the shipping was so slow. Like, I kept checking the tracking every day because there weren’t many updates, which got annoying fast. The quality wasn’t the issue at all, and maybe it’s okay if you’re not in a hurry, but I expected it way sooner. Not a total disaster or anything, just frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had plenty of time to wait...

I didn’t expect much, but my cat keeps coming back to this and plays with it for ages. Compared to a lot of her other toys that she gets bored of after a few minutes, this one has lasted way longer than I thought it would.

There’s a bunch of different little movements or whatever, and my cat keeps chasing it around. She hasn’t really gotten bored with it yet, so that’s been nice.

I got a couple of tops the fabric surprised me. I usually don’t put much faith in all the polished “premium quality” wording brands use, but these actually feel good. Soft, not flimsy or scratchy, and they came out of the wash fine. Happy with them tbh, and I’d probably order again.

I ordered this from catsmeow.com, and overall it works okay, so I can’t say it’s a total letdown. But the battery life is average, and that ended up being more annoying than I expected.

I was planning to use it for most of the afternoon without having to think about charging, but nope, it needed to be plugged in after just a few hours. Kind of ruined what I had planned because I had to stop and find a charger instead of just keeping going. At least it doesn’t take forever to charge, so there’s that.

It’s not terrible, and I still use it, but I wouldn’t call the battery impressive. If you really need something that lasts a long time, I’d definitely keep that in mind before buying.

I really liked this at first, and my cat seemed to love it too, so I thought maybe I’d found a good one. But after just a few weeks, the motor started feeling weaker. At first I wondered if I was imagining it or maybe using it wrong, but now it randomly shuts off and makes a strange noise, so I’m sure it’s the motor. For the price, I guess I just expected it to hold up longer. Customer service was fine, but the reliability of the motor is disappointing.
